8xTen provides excellent quality photography with immediate viewing capabilities for all attendees. We can set up a portrait station with a viewing station and a roaming photographer taking shots of awards, attendees mingling, VIP’s, groups, and shows. After each day we will have all images from that day ready to view at viewing stations every day of the convention. These images will also be available for purchase at the convention and the photos will be printed immediately for attendees to take home. The print on site feature of the photography services becomes an additional social bonding experience for the attendees as well as entertainment. The added convenience of the viewing stations allows convention attendees to see images from all the events that are taking place (workshops, seminars, opening ceremony, meals …etc.) on a daily basis. The convention attendees come together during breaks to view the images at one of the many viewing stations while interacting with the other attendee’s at the viewing stations enhancing the overall convention experience. 8xTen can also provide a slide show to be shown at the end of the convention.
