Not only is our photography and personnel great, our photo services are the most comprehensive in the business. We have immediate viewing and printing capabilities for all attendees. After each day we can have all images shot from that day ready to view at viewing stations at the convention. These images can be available for purchase at the convention and the photos will be printed immediately for attendees to take home. The print on-site feature of our photography services becomes an additional social bonding experience for the attendee’s as well as entertainment. Everyone can come together during breaks to view the slideshow of the images while interacting with the other attendee’s enhancing the overall convention experience. The added convenience of the slideshows allows convention attendee’s to see, on a daily basis, images from all the events that are taking place.
Our photography becomes the entertainment of the convention with gift certificates for photos for the attendees, whether it is everyone in attendance or just award winners and VIP’s. The Foundation or programs like Life Loyal can take part in this entertainment by giving out photo gifts for special people or for auction prizes. There are endless things that can be done with the photo gift certificates, convention memory books or photo revenue sharing.
The convention is a great time to get headshots. With our headshots, we shoot directly to a laptop for immediate viewing and proofing with the option to retake if needed. We can also take contact information at the same time and attach the information to the photo in a V-card.
